• Processing time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
• Shipping time: Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
• Carriers & Authority to Leave (ATL): We use reliable carriers such as Australia Post, Sendle, or equivalent, with tracking provided. Parcels are typically sent with an Authority to Leave so the carrier can leave your package in a safe spot if no one is home. Once the carrier marks the parcel as delivered, responsibility transfers to you, and we cannot be held liable for lost or stolen items from your property.
• Shipping fees: A small shipping fee based on weight is applied at checkout. Orders over $85.00 may qualify for free standard shipping.
• Express shipping: Available at checkout for an additional fee. Delivery in 1–3 business days to most metro areas.

📦 Tracking your order

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can follow your parcel's journey via the carrier's tracking page.

🧸 Damaged or lost items

If your parcel arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at contact@littlejoeystore.com. We'll work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue quickly and kindly.
