You have 14 calendar days from the date your order was delivered to request a return due to change of mind.

💰 Restocking Fee:
A 7% restocking fee applies to all approved change-of-mind returns. This covers payment processing and handling fees. The restocking fee will be deducted from your total refund amount.
🚚 Return Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- We recommend using a tracked and insured service, as we cannot take responsibility for lost packages
- Parcels with unpaid postage will not be accepted
