🔄 Change of Mind Returns

You have 14 calendar days from the date your order was delivered to request a return due to change of mind.

✅ Eligibility Criteria:

To be eligible:

Item must be unused, unopened, and in original condition

Include all original packaging and tags

Must include proof of purchase (receipt or confirmation email)

💰 Restocking Fee:

A 7% restocking fee applies to all approved change-of-mind returns. This covers payment processing and handling fees.

🚚 Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

We recommend using a tracked and insured service, as we cannot take responsibility for lost packages

Parcels with unpaid postage will not be accepted

❌ Non-Returnable Items

Sale items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns, but are fully covered for faults or damages
