• Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  
• Shipping Time: Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
  
• Shipping Methods & Authority to Leave (ATL): We use reliable carriers such as Australia Post, Sendle, or equivalent, with tracking provided. For your convenience, parcels are typically sent with an Authority to Leave (ATL). If no one is home, the carrier will leave your package in a safe place. Please note: Once the carrier marks the parcel as delivered, the responsibility for the package transfers to you, and we cannot be held liable for lost or stolen items from your property. 🏡
  
• Shipping Fees: A nominal shipping fee based on the product weight will be applied at checkout. Orders over $160.00 may qualify for free standard shipping.
  
• Express Shipping: Available at checkout for an additional fee. Delivery in 1–3 business days to most metro areas.
