Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Time: Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
Shipping Methods: We use reliable carriers such as Australia Post, Sendle, or equivalent, with tracking provided.
Shipping Fees: A nominal shipping fee based on the product weight will be applied at checkout. Orders over $250.00 may qualify for free standard shipping.
Express Shipping: Available at checkout for an additional fee. Delivery in 1–3 business days to most metro areas.
📦 Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can follow your parcel’s journey via the carrier’s tracking page.
🧸 Damaged or Lost Items
If your parcel arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at support@littlejoeystore.com.au.
We’ll work with you to resolve the issue quickly and kindly.
